A slew of celebrities turned out tonight in London to celebrate the birthday of former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev.

Sharon Stone, Goldie Hawn, Kevin Spacey, former Spice Girl Mel C., and Milla Jovovich were among the guests who were there to support him and raise money for charity. The event was organized to not only celebrate the former leader’s milestone birthday but to raise millions of dollars for cancer charities.

Knowing full well that a menswear can easily read as overly masculine, Milla sexed up her look with a daring sheer blouse, gold clutch and killer pointed toe pumps. An alluring side-swept hairdo and red pucker topped off her outfit for an overall stunning ensemble.

The Fifth Element star was at the event with Resident Evil: Afterlife co-star Ali Larter and admits she should have thought about wearing something different.

She explains, "It was short. I shouldn't have put my arm around Ali Larter like that. I was not even thinking my dress was hiking up.
