I bet Nicole Richie is having a great time at Paris’ Fashion Week! Here she is in the front row of the Jean Paul Gaultier’s Fashion Week.
How do you like Nicole’s outfit? I’d imagine it’s more than a little intimidating to figure out what to wear to a fashion show, especially a fashion show in Paris during fashion week. (But so fun!)
One thing is for sure: I hope you’re a fan of flowery prints because they seem to be EVERYWHERE for spring season!

Nicole Richie and hubby Joel Madden hit up sushi hotspot Matshuisa last night. It only seems fair that Nicole should get to indulge once and while given all that working out she’s been doing!
Hayden Panettiere was all dressed up for the 3rd annual pre-Oscar Hollywood Domino Gala at the Beverly Hilton last night. Hayden certainly has been busy hitting up the pre-Oscar parties! What do you think of her dress? It is lovely but seems to make her look older than she is.
Ke$ha was at the House of Blues in Chicago last night. Looks like it was a great show! Did you happen to catch this week’s Glee when the Glee kids performed Tik Tok?! I loved it!

Enjoying some time on the east coast, Nicole Richie was spotted out and about in New York City last night (February 9).
The “Simple Life” starlet looked to be having a good time, sporting a black and grey dress with a black jacket and black heels.
"I can take his credit card and buy anything with it without anyone questioning me about it. That's definitely one thing I'm loving."
She continued, "I just went to Ireland, and it was really the first time I was called Mrs. Madden. The people were asking me if my last name is Madden, and I was like, 'Yeah, my last name is Madden now.' And they were like, 'You're one of us!' And I was like, "Oh, hell yeah I am.' It's awesome to be known as Mrs. Madden. It's music to my ears."

It looks like Nicole Richie has flown back to the states after traveling to Europe to be with Joel Madden as he and his band, Good Charlotte, kicked off their winter tour there. Here she is arriving at LAX.
I’m guessing she’s going to be doing a lot of flying over the next few months to see Joel and keep up with all that she’s got going on in Los Angeles!
I’m loving that coat- and how put-together Nicole Richie looks after completing a trans-Atlantic flight. I would NOT want my picture taken right after getting off one of those long flights

Having found quite the niche for herself in the world of fashion, Nicole Richie has teamed with the Gilt Groupe for a not-to-be-missed sale event.
Set to kick off on Thursday (February 3) at 12PM ET, the former "Simple Life" star's House of Harlow 1960 and Winter Kate spring collections will be offered up to interested buyers until midnight on Sunday (February 6).
Talking about the team-up, Miss Richie said, “The House of Harlow girl is an educated woman, a multitasker and someone who isn’t afraid to take chances and wants to have fun with fashion. This season I took inspiration from the way my mother used to dress, mixed with photographs of French gypsies, [particularly] the way they layer and mix and match everything.”
Also excited, Gilt founder Alexandra Wilkis Wilson added, “Gilt has over 3 million visitors. We’re confident that within our base we’ll have a core customer who will appreciate the aesthetic. We’ve thrown around Nicole Richie’s name and the names of her brands. We’re very close to our members and get their feedback. We feel very good about this.”

Stepping out for some fresh air, Nicole Richie was spotted having lunch in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon (January 27).
The “Simple Life” mommy looked like she was ready for spring with her floral print dress and sunglasses.
Nicole recently revealed that she’s making eyewear a big part of her new collection, given that she loves to utilize different shades in her own repertoire.
"We are introducing sunglass this season. Sunglasses play a huge role in my life simply because I don't wear make-up. Over time I've grown to like elaborate frames and fun lenses and it was important to me to bring this out for my collection."

Kim Kardashian was looking good as she stopped to fill up her car this afternoon. I’m still concerned about the lip thing, though. She’s such a gorgeous girl, why does she feel the need to mess with Botox? Ugh.
Nicole Richie was spotted leaving the gym in Studio City this morning. I didn’t realize she was even in her workout gear until I looked at the full length shots! LOL! She looks so dressed up and then you see the exercise leggings and tennis shoes – too funny.

, and as far as I can tell, there hasn’t been an official announcement, but People is reporting that Nicole Richie and Joel Madden tied the knot last night in Los Angeles at Lionel Richie’s home.“They wanted an Old Hollywood, glamorous feel to their wedding,” says another source. “They’re going all-out with the decor. Nicole wanted a memorable, elegant affair for only their closest friends and family on their special day.”About 130 people reportedly attended the wedding, but one wedding guest got a lot of attention.
…a trained elephant was spotted being led into the Los Angeles estate of Richie’s father, music superstar Lionel Richie, where two tents were set up for the ceremony on a warm evening.
Besides the elephant (I don’t know WHAT to say about that- lol), the ceremony was traditional.

Whaaaaat?! Nicole Richie practically has one foot down the aisle already and she hasn’t decided on a dress for her wedding to Joel Madden yet! That’s insanity. Any normal bride would be flipping out. Maybe she is, who knows.
“She’s deciding between two dresses: Marchesa and vintage Chanel.”She flew to a fitting for the Marchesa dress in New York last week, but her mind still isn’t totally made up.
“Nicole brought her stylist Simone Harouche with her. A lot of thought went into her dress — it was a priority for her.”
Well I suppose if both dresses are fitted and ready for Nicole, she can wake up the day of the wedding and see what she’s in the mood for. If only we all had the luxury of purchasing a couple 20 grand dresses for our big days
Do you think Nicole will go with vintage Chanel or Marchesa for her wedding dress? My vote is for her wearing both.

So much for trying to fool us on twitter: if Radar Online’s sources are accurate, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden will get married this weekend. Delivery trucks continue to come to Lionel Richie’s home, suggesting the wedding will be held there.
So what will the wedding be like?
“Nicole is going for a vintage and romantic vibe,” a source told RadarOnline.com exclusively. “The wedding will be true to Nicole’s style,” the source added.
Apparently, in order to get the right “feel,” Nicole had to cut back on the guest list.
“Nicole cut down the guest list because she didn’t want a huge wedding. She didn’t invite a bunch of her celeb friends,” the source revealed. “This has apparently upset a bunch of people.”So I’m guessing that means no Paris Hilton?
Well, I’m sure it will be beautiful. And a wedding really is about the bride and groom, so while it may hurt some people’s feelings not to get an invite, hopefully they’ll understand.
But… I’ll believe it when there’s an official announcement or something- LOL.

Both USA Today and Access Hollywood are speculating that Nicole Richie and Joel Madden (who are rumored to be tying the knot on Christmas after Nicole’s grueling workout regimen) are actually getting married this weekend and trying to fool people with twitter.
On Friday, Joel tweeted:
This flight to Seattle has taken almost 7 hours. We are almost there. Thank you gogoinflight for the wireless.(Indicating he wasn’t in LA for an impending wedding.)
Meanwhile Nicole tweeted:
Aaahhhhh FINALLY a proper winter. And I had to go all the way to New York to get it.Yet, as Access Hollywood points out, she’s evaded all photographers.
But Joel apparently returned to LA yesterday, alone with the kids, based on this tweet:

Nicole pls tweet instructionsDespite all this twitter activity, a delivery truck reportedly was spotted outside Nicole’s father’s house yesterday afternoon, causing all this speculation that Nicole and Joel’s wedding is about to occur there.

I think it’s pretty amazing that Nicole Richie has been able to move forward in court against the paparazzi that followed her and her kids outside their school. Goes to show that mothers will stop at nothing to keep their family safe. That’s universal.
Nicole talked about the whole thing on Ellen Degeneres’ show the other day and said,
“At the end of the day, as a mother, I have to protect my children. It’s instinctual, right or wrong, you have to protect your children.
“Like I said, there are certain guidelines for everyone. For you, for me, for everyone. And it has to be the same for everyone. We all have to be safe.”Nicole dropped the restraining order against the paparazzo in question in exchange for him signing court documents stating he would leave her alone for 5 years. Sooooo, isn’t that pretty much the same thing?

Nicole Richie is InStyle and quite photoshopped at the same time. Granted, Nicole’s jet black hair, thick and shiny bangs and make-up contribute to the ‘Oh, look how different Nicole looks!’-effect, but so do the elongating and the skin whitening / luminosity via Photoshop.
