Kate Moss Returns To The Catwalk Smoking A Cigarette

I didn’t realize Kate Moss hadn’t done a live fashion show in almost 10 years. Apparently she had not, however, until she hit the catwalk yesterday. The engaged fashion model wasn’t at Fashion Week just to party.

And Kate knew how to make a big return: she hit the catwalk smoking a cigarette. That go lot of people talking . Here’s an eyewitness account:

Moss looked nervous yesterday, as you do when you’re wearing a rubberised lace jacket, double-faced cashmere big knickers, a close-set diamond in your hair and crocodile lace-up boots – all at 10am.

But then she lit a cigarette and a section of the audience applauded as if she’d discovered a cure for lung cancer, rather than the cause, so presumably she felt right back at home.

Kate Moss will set trends even when she walks down the aisle!

Kate Moss is going to be a trend setter even when she walks down the aisle—would you expect any less? The supermodel turned designer is reportedly designing her own wedding dress for her upcoming nuptials to Jamie Hince.

At her fashion show during London Fashion Week, designer and pal Vivienne Westwood spilled the beans about whether she would be in charge of Kate's gown. She said:

No, I think she’s designing it herself. She has done her own fashion range and she knows about clothes. She knows what she is doing, she doesn’t need my help. Kate Moss is a mate. I’ve known her for years and I’m really happy for her.

There's no word about whether Kate Moss will be working on the entourage's outfits as well, but she's already chosen her daughter Lila to be head bridesmaid.

Kate Moss and her fiance Jamie Hince have reportedly told their artist pal Tracey Emin to display her controversial work at the reception to celebrate their nuptials.

An insider said: “Kate has agreed that Tracey will put her unusual artistic stamp all over the wedding -- with no holds barred.

“She’s given Tracey permission to put her artwork up wherever she sees fit. So let’s hope the guests are watching the bride rather than some of the limelight-stealing pieces that will be displayed.

“Tracey has so far been working on sculptures of the happy couple in preparation for the ceremony. She is hoping they could become like a sequel to 'My Bed.'”

'My Bed' is an installation that depicted Emin's own unmade sleeping space surrounded by cigarette butts and empty bottles.

Kate and Jamie -- who got engaged last month -- are said to have asked Tracey to exhibit at their wedding after being delighted with a recent gift she gave them, a giant neon heart which flashes red with the word 'love' inside.

The source added to the Daily Star newspaper: “They like it so much they have installed it in the grounds of their Cotswolds home. It’s unlikely Kate will be disappointed with Tracey’s work.”

Kate Moss and motherhood is sometimes a controversial subject for the press, but word on the street is that the former supermodel is currently trying to get pregnant with her rocker boyfriend Jamie Hince.

The couple was advised to try taking Horny Goat Weed Pills, which is a Chinese aphrodisiac said to improve reproductive health.

“Kate thought it was worth a go, even though she killed herself laughing at the name of it.”

She’s also been doing hypnotherapy to try and give up smoking.

“Jamie is keen to start a family and Kate knows that it would be wise to try and conquer her vices before she gets pregnant again.”

Can you imagine Kate Moss being pregnant again? The paparazzi frenzy will be INSANE.

Kate Moss Ends Fashion Line Partnership With Topshop

Aceshowbiz :    Supermodel Kate Moss is stepping down from her design position at Topshop after three years creating fashion lines for the British retailer, according to a U.K. report.

The Brit beauty has pulled in a reported $4.5 million for her best-selling clothing ranges but has decided to end her partnership with the chain's boss, Sir Philip Green.

Fashion tycoon Green has dismissed reports the split was sparked by a feud with the model, insisting Moss will leave the brand to pursue other projects. Green says, "There have been no dramas and we don't need a new muse. There is only one Kate and we are not looking for a replacement."

"Kate has done 14 collections with us. It has been fantastic for us and fantastic for her, but they take more and more time and she cannot do this full-time any more because she has other commitments." Meanwhile, fashion insiders claim the move comes after disappointing sales of Moss' latest creations.

A source tells Britain's Sunday Times, "Kate Moss' range has not been selling at the same rate that it was and was in danger of running out of steam. At one point, she was doing six collections a year but they cut it back to two a year because they could not sustain it and that is when it started to falter." The 36 year old will unveil her 14th and final collection for Topshop in October.
