As for her nutritional advice, Hil told, "Eat lots of vegetables, hummus and fruit, or blend chopped veggies and Greek yogurt to make a healthy dip. You should have small snacks throughout the day and indulge in small bites of favorite foods. Eat healthy things with a high fat content, like dark chocolate and avocado for a treat." Hollywood actress Hilary Duff has reportedly been spotted with the script of the new Spider-Man movie, sparking rumours that she is to appear in the film franchise.
According to contactmusic.com, the actress was spotted with a script entitled Spider-Man” with a character called “Girl" highlighted on it.
However, it has been claimed the new movie which sees British actor Andrew Garfield take on the role of Peter Parker, previously played by Tobey Maguire, would not feature Mary Jane Watson, the lead female previously portrayed by Kirsten Dunst.

Hilary Duff was secretly rushed to the dentist HOURS before her wedding ceremony because she chipped one of her teeth. While Mike Comrie was gearing up for his big day, Hilary was dealing with last minute stress.
"I started my day with a chipped tooth. My wedding planner snuck me out to the dentist! Thank goodness it was fixed within the hour."
The 22-year-old star also revealed she and Mike used the internet to write their own wedding vows. She explained to OK! magazine:
"We didn't write our vows word for word. I researched on the internet for three days! I read about other people's ceremonies, picking and choosing what I liked. We chose a few poems and a ring blessing."

Mike and I have a favorite restaurant, Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, so they modeled this delicious truffled corn ravioli from there. We had pigs in a blanket; these really cute heart-shaped, puffed, fried things; sliders with Wagyu beef and Gruyere cheese; pepper-crusted rib-eye steak; and miso-glazed black cod.
“We did a jalapeno pineapple martini that my mom actually created. And the dessert station had warm, molten chocolate cake and profiterole ice cream sandwiches with hot fudge dipping sauce. I'm drooling just thinking about it!"

The singer-actress and NHL hockey player were married Saturday during an intimate ceremony in Santa Barbara, Calif., according to reports. Congratulations!
Hilary, in a mermaid gown by Vera Wang, swapped vows with Mike in front of a sunset and 100 of their closest family and friends. She was escorted down the aisle by her mother Susan Duff, while sister Haylie Duff was maid of honor.
The couple, who began dating in 2007, first met on a trip when they both were visiting a resort in Idaho. "We were all on the same plane and it was kind of, I guess, maybe a bit of a fluke. She calls it ironic. No I'm kidding!" Comrie said.
Hilary Duff is now Mrs. Mike Comrie!
"It [was] one of those things where we were all in a group … we spent the weekend all hanging out." One thing led to another, and the rest is history.
Comrie proposed to Hilary Duff during a Hawaiian getaway in February – a move that came as a very pleasant surprise to both the Texan and her family.
