Is Brad Pitt moving his family to Manhattan?

These are new photos of Brad Pitt at LAX yesterday. Still wearing a hat, which seems to be hiding his longer hair. Is Brad growing his hair out? Unknown. Anyway, Fame Pictures is trying to make a big thing about how Brad is probably flying to France to oversee even more renovations to the chateau. I don’t know if that’s really where he’s headed, though.

Meanwhile, OK! Magazine claims that Brad and Angelina are planning a move to New York, just in time for Jennifer Aniston’s move to New York. OK! is creating controversy because they think Brangelina will move uptown, while Aniston will move downtown, and “the city isn’t big enough for all of them.” It’s not all Bermuda Triangle stuff though - apparently, Brad and Angelina have finally decided to get married. Yeah, yawn:

It looks like Brad Pitt and Angelina may finally have wedding bells ringing in the near future - along with a new house in Manhattan to call their own!
A friend of the couple tells OK!: “Angelina has always love city living, and Brad wants to make her happy. So they looking to purchase a townhouse instead of an apartment. Right now, they want something with about 10 bedrooms. That’s two extra bedrooms compared to their last NYC apartment. They’re trying to find something that can accommodate everyone and toying with the idea of buying two townhouses and turning them into one big house - that way, they have more than enough room to extend their family.” Which, according to sources, is something they will do when they finally get married.
The friend also says: “New York is filled with good memories for them, really romantic ones. They loved their times at the Waldorf, and Angelina loves the antique shops and bookstores. They also love taking the kids to museums and Central Park.”

Yeah, it’s crap. But if it’s true, then good for them, I guess. Good luck trying to wrangle six kids in the city.

One last thing - OK! Magazine has a side story that I find much more interesting. It’s all about how Brad is getting back into shape after developing something of a gut last year. According to sources, while Angelina was directing in Budapest, Brad was working out like crazy at a private gym. Lots of running and weight machines, etc. He has been looking thinner lately.

Brad Pitt is reportedly building an apartment on the grounds of his Chateau Miraval estate in France to accommodate his parents Bill and Jane Pitt, who plan to help raise the couple’s large brood.

A source told The Sun newspaper: “The whole family is going to move there as soon as the renovations are done. At the moment they have six nannies -- one for each of the kids -- and the plan is to get rid of the helpers and rely on Bill and Jane.

"The annex they will live in is an old building which used to be used as a dovecote.

"It's big enough to have a sitting room, kitchen and a couple of bedrooms. It will make a lovely little cottage for them."

Brad, 47, and Angelina, 35, are said to have asked Bill and Jane to move in with them in order to give their children a more stable home life, instead of traveling the world for months at a time to keep up with the couple’s movie-making commitments.

The source added: “They don't want them dragged around the world any longer.

"Brad is traditional and wants them to put down roots and have friends and go to the same school, rather than constantly moving.

“They'll pretty much retire from Hollywood for a while.”

It is believed that Angelina’s Tourist co-star Johnny Depp -- who also lives in France with partner Vanessa Paradis and children Lily-Rose, 11, and eight-year-old Jack -- encouraged the couple to make their permanent base in Europe.

A source said recently: “Johnny said if they want a normal life they must leave Los Angeles. They all agree the time has come for them to focus on bringing up their family.

"They have plenty of money and they want to relax and enjoy it."

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie attended the ‘Megamind‘ premiere in Paris, France last night. You can love them or hate them, but whenever Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt attend a function, it gets a LOT of press.

This wasn’t really a pleasure outing – Brad Pitt voiced one of the ‘Megamind’ characters, ‘Metro Man’. Doing CGI films has to be the easiest way to get paid in Hollywood. Angelina Jolie is famous for her role in ‘Kung Fu Panda’ – which is coming out with a sequel soon enough.


Have you seen ‘Megamind’? It went head to head against ‘Tangled’ but the two movies cater different kind of children. I’ll probably end up seeing it – but when it comes to television.

Back to Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt – what do you think about Brad’s leather pants?! I love how they are both ALL in black. This must have been a nice night out for Angie seeing that she has to deal with issues revolving around her UN title.

Showing support to his lovely lady, Brad Pitt was spotted paying a visit to Angelina Jolie on the set of her new movie today (November 10).

The “Ocean’s Eleven” stud looked handsome as he milled around the Budapest, Hungary location sporting a cap and sunglasses.


Earlier this week, Brad was busy taking pictures of Jolie as she filmed scenes for her fabulous directorial debut.

The movie is titled “United Love Story” and centers on a Bosnian/Serbian couple that defies the odds to be together.

Brad Pitt Returns to New Orleans to Mark the Fifth Anniversary of Hurricane Katrina

Aceshowbiz :    On the fifth anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, Brad Pitt went back to New Orleans on Friday, August 27.

Without the accompany of Angelina Jolie and their kids, the "Inglourious Basterds" actor, in a blue shirt and jeans, greeted a crowd of locals and shared his biggest smile.

Beside meeting with the locals, Pitt also took a look around of some eco-friendly houses which have been built through his Make It Right Foundation, a project he and Jolie founded in 2007 to help residents who lost their homes in the 2005 disaster. The foundation has so far built 50 homes and Pitt wants 150 more.

In the Louisiana state, Pitt also spent his time to conduct an interview with Brian Williams for NBC's "Nightly News". Recalling what he saw when he visited the country after the hurricane, Pitt said, "It was unfathomable. I mean, just.. you had no idea that there were families and here. It was just wiped clean. Except for the occasional pile up of homes and.. on top of homes."

"People build their lives here. And.. and.. I mean, New Orleans is a unique place to begin with. And I say.. a cultural treasure trove for.. for America to begin with," Pitt shared when asked what made him come up with an idea of Make It Right Foundation.

"But the thing that struck me was that these people were trying to.. you know, these people were trying to get home," Pitt added. "And.. and were having a very difficult time doing so. And as I got into and started studying it."

And locals are grateful with what Pitt has done in their lives. Baxter Barnes, who received a home from Make It Right and has previously spent time with both Pitt and Jolie, told Radar Online, "They are both genuine and down-to-earth people and if were not for them we, like a lot of other people, would not have homes back in New Orleans."
