Julianne Moore in 'As the World Turns'

From 1985 to 1988, Julianne Moore played not one, but two parts on As the World Turns as long-separated sisters Frannie and Sabrina Hughes. Her performance earned her the Outstanding Ingénue Daytime Emmy Award in 1988.

Hayden Panettiere in 'One Life to Live' and 'Guiding Light'

Hayden Panettiere started her acting career early, landing a role on One Life to Live at the ripe age of 4 1/2. In 1997, she jumped ship to play a child battling leukemia on Guiding Light until 2000.
